Shipping has changed
Stock orders are shipped 2-3 days once the order is recieved. In the current times, more items are on backorder and shipping will be delayed. If you need an item immediately call our CS to check availability.
If you need Expedited Service call CS to check on availability, additional cost will be calculated into the shipping charge. Flagpoles and certain packages exceeding 5 feet in length may be higher than the displayed costs on the Shopping Cart. If this applies, you will be contacted by a Customer Service Rep before the order ships to confirm. Additional charges will be added at the time of shipment.
Most orders will be shipped UPS Ground in the continental United States. Please note that UPS counts the next day after their receipt of package as day one. Standard ground delivery is usually 2 to 5 business days, Monday thru Friday. If you need an item in a speedier time, contact us at 1-800- 995-3524 to notify us. All packages shipped outside the continental 48 states via Air only. Our inventory levels vary depending on demand.

All orders for holidays must be placed 7-10 working days before the holiday date by 12:00 pm CST. Expedited shipping may be required after the cut date to insure delivery. Shipments are not guaranteed by our shipping provider, Federal Express This applies to all items in stock. Items not in stock will be back ordered. The Flag Loft ships internationally. Items shipped out of the continental U.S. will be shipped “Best Way”. International rates will vary from Shopping Cart quotes. Please e-mail email@example.com with any questions.
